This is a $3000.00 refrigerator purchased from Best Buy and I have had problems from the start. It is about 11 months old. I will say that Best Buy (Geek Squad) service has been good. I believe that I have a lemon and that LG should step up and replace the unit. I have had 7 service calls and the ice maker unit has been replace twice. I am concerned about what will happen after the warranty expires.
